At Google Fashion, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original condition with tags attached and include the original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Google account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a digital return request.
Print the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Pack and Ship
Place your items back in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a free pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
